Service Process
The service process is as follows:
1. Step 1: Submit Your Download Request
Provide the accurate file link via the form. If the file requires a password for access, please include it as well. If you have any questions about what to submit, feel free to email us at request@digiotter.com.
2. Step 2: Review & Quotation
Once we receive your request, we will provide a quote based on your requirements. For details, please refer to the Pricing section.
3. Step 3: Complete Payment
If you accept our quote, you can complete the payment following the instructions provided in the email.
4. Step 4: Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we will download the requested file(s) according to your instructions and deliver them to you, typically via Google Drive.

Pricing
This service charges a fee based on the file source platform and file size:
1. Baidu and Quark
Starting at $3, with an additional $0.50 per GB for files larger than 1 GB.
2. Other Platforms
Starting at $5, with an additional $1 per GB for files larger than 1 GB.
3. Large Files
For files larger than 20 GB, we offer special discounted pricing.
Support
1. Full Refund
If we are unable to download or deliver your requested files, you will receive a full refund.
2. Post-Delivery Support
If the files have been successfully delivered, refunds cannot be issued. However, if you encounter any issues during the service, we will do our best to assist you.
