Pricing Rules

Updated: 2026-04-18

Here, we aim to explain the composition and details of our fees so that you can clearly understand what you are paying for.

When preparing a quotation for each request, we take into account the service fee, cost of goods, and transaction fee, which are explained below.

1. Service Fee

This fee is determined by the manual work required to fulfill your request. It also covers general tools and resources used during the process. The service fee represents our primary source of revenue.

2. Cost of Goods

This fee refers to specific expenses incurred to fulfill a particular request. A common example is the cost of purchasing items for a digital product purchase. Whether this fee is included in a quotation depends on the nature of the request. The original currency for cost of goods is Chinese Yuan (CNY). We convert it to USD using the Bank of China Foreign Exchange Selling Rate. We do not make any profit from currency conversion differences.

3. Transaction Fee

This fee depends on the payment method you choose. For nearly all payment platforms, a processing fee is charged when we receive payments in USD and convert them to CNY. For example, PayPal charges an international transaction fee of 4.4% + $0.30, along with other applicable fees. More details can be found in the PayPal Merchant Fees documentation.

As these fees are part of the actual cost of providing the service, they are included in the total price. We do not earn any profit from these fees. Due to differences in transaction fees across payment methods, we may provide separate quotations for different payment options.
