1. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by contacting us at support@digiotter.com. Please include your service request ID to help us identify and process your request quickly.

2. Basis for Determining Fulfillment

Refunds are based on whether we have fully fulfilled your service request. Since each request is unique, fulfillment is determined by:

  1. The service description corresponding to your request.
  2. The service agreement established with you during the quotation process.

3. Situations Eligible for Full Refund

  1. You request a refund before we begin processing your request.
  2. We are ultimately unable to deliver the requested service or product.

4. Situations Eligible for Partial Refund

  1. If you request a refund after we have started processing, we will deduct a proportionate amount of the service fee and product cost (if applicable) from your refund. Transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  2. If we have partially completed your request (e.g., only some products purchased or some files downloaded), we will issue a refund according to the completion ratio, including service fees and product costs (if applicable), but excluding transaction fees (if applicable).

5. Other Special Refund Scenarios

If specific delivery or refund terms were agreed upon during the quotation stage, those terms will take precedence.

6. Refund Timeline

  1. Acknowledgment of Refund Request
    We will respond within 1–2 business days after receiving your request.
  2. Refund Processing Time
    • If there is no dispute, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.
    • If negotiation is required, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after reaching an agreement.
  3. Actual Receipt Time
    The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the payment platform, which may require additional processing time.

7. Refund Method

  1. Refunds are generally made using the same payment method you used to pay.
  2. If a refund through a different payment method is required, please contact us to discuss it with us. Such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
