Service Process
The service process is as follows:
1. Step 1: Submit Your Request
Use the form to tell us which premium membership you want and provide your account ID (typically the method you use to log in, such as phone number, QQ, or WeChat ID). If necessary, please include relevant links. If you have any questions about what to submit, feel free to email us at request@digiotter.com.
2. Step 2: Review & Quotation
Once we receive your request, we will provide a quote based on your requirements. For details, please refer to the Pricing section.
3. Step 3: Complete Payment
If you accept our quote, you can complete the payment following the instructions provided in the email.
4. Step 4: Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we will purchase the premium membership according to your request and activate it using the appropriate method for the specific platform. We will inform you of the activation method via email upon delivery.

Pricing
This service includes the following fees:
1. Service Fee
By default, we charge a service fee of 10% of the premium membership cost for each purchase, with a minimum charge of $3. For certain complex requests, if additional work is required during purchase or delivery, we may add extra service fees and will explain the reason to you.
2. Cost of Goods (Premium Membership)
This fee depends on the price of the premium membership you request. The cost is converted from Chinese Yuan (CNY) to USD.
3. Transaction Fee
This fee is part of the service cost and is deducted by the payment platform from the amount we receive. We do not earn any profit from this fee. The fee varies across platforms; for example, PayPal charges significantly higher transaction fees than Wise.For full details, please see Pricing Rules.
Support
1. Full Refund
If we are unable to deliver your premium membership, you will receive a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable After Delivery
Please note that premium memberships cannot be canceled once delivered. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds after delivery.
3. Post-Activation Support
If you have any questions about using your premium membership after activation, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you.
