How It Works

This section provides an overview of the general guidelines that apply to all services. Additional details specific to each service are provided on the respective service detail pages.

Process Overview

  1. 1. Submit Your Request

    Submit your request according to your needs. Once submitted successfully, you will receive an immediate confirmation email from us.

  2. 2. Review & Quote

    We will review your request and provide a detailed quote. If necessary, we may contact you via email or other channels to clarify your requirements. For more information on pricing, please refer to the service detail page and Pricing Rules.

  3. 3. Make Payment

    If you accept the quote, you can complete the payment via the link provided in the email. If you encounter any difficulties, you can contact us for assistance.

  4. 4. Delivery

    Once your payment has been successfully processed, we will fulfill your request and deliver the product or service to you via a suitable delivery method.

Payment Methods

  1. You can usually choose to pay us via PayPal or Wise.
  2. For certain countries or regions, such as Switzerland, payers may face higher personal international transaction fees when using PayPal. In such cases, we recommend using Wise or other remittance tools.
  3. If you are from Southeast Asia, you may also be able to pay us via Alipay+.
  4. If you prefer to use a different payment method, please let us know when submitting your request.

Delivery Methods

For all requests, we will formally deliver your order via email.

However, the format of the delivery varies depending on the type of request and can generally be categorized as text, file, or intangible.

  1. For text, such as download links for digital products or activation codes for a service, we include them directly in the delivery email.
  2. For files, such as files downloaded from Baidu Netdisk, we will first upload them to Google Drive and include the shared link in the delivery email. If you prefer another method of file transfer, you can let us know when submitting your request.
  3. For intangible deliveries, such as completing a temporary Chinese phone number verification on your behalf, we will confirm the completion in the delivery email.

If you have any specific requirements regarding the delivery method, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Response Times

  1. 1. Quotation Stage

    Typically, we provide a quote within 1 business day after you submit your request, and no later than 2 business days.

  2. 2. Delivery Stage

    Typically, we deliver your order within 1 business day after your payment is confirmed, and no later than 2 business days. However, if the delivery involves large file transfers, the process may take longer.
