DigiOtter is a small service team based in China, dedicated to helping international users access and use products and services on Chinese apps, websites, and digital platforms more smoothly.
We first noticed this need through social media and online communities. Many international users face real challenges when trying to use Chinese apps or websites: they lack local payment methods to buy digital products; they cannot register or verify accounts without a Chinese phone number; identity verification can be complicated; downloading files from Chinese cloud platforms is difficult; and there are many other operational or procedural obstacles.
Initially, we helped users through direct chat, assisting with purchases, downloads, and other requests, occasionally receiving small tips. As the demand grew, we realized that handling requests purely through casual messaging consumed a lot of time and effort for both sides and was not sustainable in the long term.
That’s why we created DigiOtter.
Our goal is simple: to provide a clearer, more stable, and reliable way for international users to overcome obstacles when accessing Chinese digital products and services.
Currently, DigiOtter mainly provides the following types of services:
- Purchasing digital products from Chinese apps or websites.
- Helping you access or renew premium memberships
- Downloading files from Chinese cloud storage or other sources
- Handling other custom requests
All of our services are handled manually, not automated. Each request is reviewed individually; we confirm what is possible, provide a clear quote before payment, and only proceed after you approve.
